Summer Hiatus: Effective NOW.

Well, it looks like I will be taking my summer hiatus earlier than I had expected. I am getting ready to move out and go to Illinois for the summer, and to college in the fall. This next week is going to be really tense for me; I have two very important finals to take and some close friends I need to say goodbye to. I am leaving for Illinois the first week of June, and will not have internet access while I am away. I will be working seven days a week, almost 18 hours a day anyway, so if I did have access to a computer, I doubt I would have the time, nor energy, to post. Until I leave, I will be checking periodically, and possibly posting.

But until August, I will not be online, not onlyhere, but on the other sites I frequent as well. Yes, I am on other sites. xD Admin-ing too. That is one of the reasons I have not posted yet, and I am having computer issues. It is being stupid...Anyway, this are the dates I will be gone from. This is just an estimate, however.


May 23, 2008 to August 12, 2008


I will be moving into my campus housing on the 11th, probably, so I should be up and rolling again that week. ^^

So, I will be sure to update and post pictures of the colts and fillies we are prepping, as well as while I am working at Fairmount Park. ^^ Training horses and prepping yearlings for sales at Keeneland calls for lots of photo ops. I'm going to be one hell of a busy bee this summer. I will miss you all!! Don't miss me too much, now!! <3

Vicar's Truth

This is our future Stakes' filly, Vicar's Truth. She is a two year old Thoroughbred we have had since she was a yearling back in November of 2007. She won her first race on June 18th. I was not there at Arlingotn Park to watch her run; I had to stay home and manage everything at work while the bosses ere gone. Our other latest win, was Tripp to Hedo, another two year old we've had since he was a weanling. I love this colt. I call him Baby Tripp. He's a total goofball, masochist too. Always trying to kill himself, running into fences and getting himself all splintered up.

We broke this filly Cowgirls Don't Cry a couple years back. She's cool as sh*t.

I am going to try and get pictures of all of our yearlings sometime soon, just to show you guys how amazing our crop is this year. We have a couple of colts and fillies that should sell for about $1 Million in September at the Keenland Yearling sale. Hope everything is going well for all my lovelies!!
