Noverns, Renewed

I created this breed a long time ago when I was a newb. Due to recent events which I can not yet speak of, I must elaborate on this breed.
This is all I can do for now, but I will get in deeper later.

Name
Novern Wolves, Novern for short.

Looks
The typical markings for Noverns are white, with a light blue or greenish tint in various places throughout the body, such as nose, tail or shoulders. These colors can vary in limitless ways, such as purple, black, gray, yellow, or anything else, but the typical is white, light green and light blue. They are shorter than most wolves, and their fur is thick. Their eyes, unless they are a mix, are a chilling icy blue. ONLY full Noverns have this characteristic.

Personality
Noverns Personalities may vary in any way, shape, or form, but the breed as a whole is mostly neutral.(VERY subject to change)

History
In a realm far away, that no longer(Presumadely) exists, there were four masters of the four elements.
The elements were always at war, and the masters would command legions of wolves to battle meaninglessly with one another.
The Water Lordess saw potential in the powers of Ice, which was a form of Water that had many advantages. Travelling to the cold North of her war-torn territory, she went to the Great Ice Caves of Ilu. From the ancient and some say magic ice that could never melt, even in the hottest of magma, she began creating a form of wolf that was not of the Elements directly, but of a form of the elements. The wolves that were of direct relation of the Elements were under their control, never to leave or go against orders. But the Noverns were a form of the element, twisted from being under direct control of the Lordess. One week passed before the Lordess was almost finished with her creation.
Suddenly, Ilu himself, master of all things Frozen, appeared from the ice. He disapproved of the wars greatly, and he protested the Lordess using his Ice as a weapon.
"This is nonsense." he said. "You will not finish creating these wolves. They will not be a weapon, as I refused to be a weapon long ago."
"Fool, you are and will be under my domain. I created you out of water, and you twisted the wondrous form I gave you into ice! You are lucky that I have not spilled your blood and let it freeze over also."
From then, a great fight commenced. It is said that they fought for one whole day before the end. Being a Lordess of Water, she defeated Ilu.
With Ilu's dying words, he said "So be it. But I say to you, these wolves will not follow you. They will go about their own path, and I shall help them do it. They will be the very first symbol of Neutrality!"
With the passing of Ilu, his spirit was embodied within every Novern wolf, and with it, was his ever living desire for Neutrality and Peace.
The lordess gazed upon this, and was sad. She wept for Ilu, her former lover. Her desires changed, and she left the Novern wolves alone in the arctic. In the end, the Noverns themselves would be the only surviving remnant of that realm. In the Last Battle between the elements, the powers were shaken so greatly that it ripped open a portal between that realm and the Realm of Wolves. The Noverns, seeking peace, went through that portal, and saw the remnants of their home being torn apart. They left, and settled in the arctic. Those battles and times have been mostly forgotten, and now the Noverns live peacefully as neutral wolves in the North of the Realm.

I don't really expect anybody to want one, but if you do, for some reason, you can go ahead and make one, it's fine with me.
