Taking a break.

Postby Starfire on Wed Oct 17, 2007 8:07 pm

[color=darkblue]Yeah, I know I said that I should be able to post, but like everything else at the moment that has backfired due to work. Yes, work. At the moment I have been getting called up on Sunday's to work and when I am supposed to have a day off I get asked to come. So yeah, thanks to that I've got a cold that doesn't want to leave, I think this is the third week I've had it, also I am really tired at the moment.

So yeah I've been unable to post. Sorry Kozmo I know I said I was going to post in your roleplay last Saturday. I was also meant to get myspace. >.<

Sorry, but I have to take a break for a bit, I wish I could hibernate, even when I sleep I think I'm working. I will try and do everything when I have time off, no promises, though. I can't believe I had to go into work on my own birthday and it was unpaid.

Thanks for your patience everyone.

What's the point of working if you're not getting paid...?
May the light shine always soft and warm upon you,
may the breeze carry you the scents and sounds of eternal Spring,
just as my heart will dwell forever in Autumn without you,
and the bell that tolls for me will ever ring.

Well, I wasn't actually serving customers. I had to fill five booklets so that I could work, it was some certification thing to make sure that we knew what we were doing. Probably shouldn't be classsified as work, but yeah didn't enjoy it. It took an hour and a half to complete it.

Like an induction?

I did that at home after a half glass of JD and can't really remember what half of it was about. Too much boring technical stuff for my mind to care about. Took hours of said boredom and the guy told me that was comparatively fast, but it's only done once so oh well.

No, it isn't an induction I had to do that before I even started working. That took two and a half hours and that was torture. The thing I did on my birthday last week was to make sure that we knew what we were doing. I don't get the point of it though because we got told all the answers.
