The Demoen approach...

This is some information on my new species of wolves/canines, known as Demoen Dire. If you are interested in creating a Demoen Dire character, please send me a message. ^^

Physical Appearance
Large, muscular and taller than average, long tails that often drag behind the owner, broad skulls and incredibly long teeth. Four spikes along the lower spine, just before the base of the tail, and long claws that often pose numerous problems and/or risks. The eyes are usually either deep pumpkin orange or bright lime green, though pale blue has become an increasingly common trait. The fur is long and shaggy, and ranges from white to black and all shades of gray in between. Each Demoen has a marking of a negative shade (i.e. marking is black if fur is white, marking is white if fur is black, etc.) above their right eye (male) or left eye (female) that designates their disposition. (i.e. if they are evil, the marking is that of a crescent moon. If they are neutral, it is simply a round spot. If they are light, the marking is a small star.)

Personality
They do not often stay together in packs for very long, for they can be incredibly tempermental at times. However, if tamed and brought together in cooperation, they can be an incredibly powerful force. Mothers are incredibly protective of their pups, as most canines are, and will refuse to allow even the sire near the pups. It is not always guaranteed that Demoens mate for life - They move on if needed.
