Lately, I've been receiving a few complaints here and there about members harassing other members (nothing new). I've noticed that when I contact the member doing the harassing, a popular excuse is: "It wasn't me, so-and-so was on my account and must have said it."
I understand that this is entirely possible. However, this does not exempt you from getting in trouble.
YOU are responsible for what happens under YOUR account. If you give your password to a friend, and they jump on here and start posting pornographic pictures, YOU will be held accountable, and YOU will face the punishment. Likewise, if you leave your computer for a moment, and your siblings jump on and start harassing members, YOU will get in trouble.
There is no way that you can give us hard evidence that someone else was on your account, so don't believe that if you use that excuse, that you won't get in trouble. You will.
As soon as you create an account, you are responsible for that account, and everything that happens under that account.
So, if you have mischievous siblings, keep them away from your WW account. If you have mischievous friends, don't give them your password.
Just a friendly reminder for everyone. ^_^
